Community
Members are the heart of CEW; we create inclusive opportunities that help our members and community connect and grow professionally.
This strategy was informed by CEW's national member survey, chapter consultations, and individual conversations, alongside input from partners, government stakeholders, and the CEW team.
The strategy is CEW's response to those insights. It reflects what members across chapters said mattered most, and sets a direction for how CEW will act on it.

Members are the heart of CEW; we create inclusive opportunities that help our members and community connect and grow professionally.
We accelerate the professional growth of women leaders and grow the leadership pipeline through education and investment at critical career stages.
Leveraging CEW's evidence-base, expert insights, member influence and strong partnerships, we shape public policy, corporate practice and shift culture to accelerate gender equity for all women.
We realise opportunities and manage risk. We create sustainable revenue and manage costs. We build our brand, expand our partnerships and foster a thriving, high-performing and inclusive organisation.
Build trusted relationships, share your experience and use your influence to advance women's leadership.
Meet and collaborate with senior women leaders across chapters, industries and career stages. Draw on the experience of peers and build trusted relationships through events, peer circles and buddy support for new members.
Share your knowledge and experience to help other women progress. Contribute to a stronger leadership pipeline through CEW's programs and scholarships, while continuing to learn from the leaders around you.
Bring your expertise and influence to CEW's collective efforts to advance gender equity. Help inform our advocacy and draw on CEW's research and insights to champion change in your organisation and the wider community.
CEW will deliver this strategy over FY27, FY28, and FY29. Some initiatives are already underway; others are planned for later years as foundations are built. CEW will test, learn, and scale what works.
