About this scholarship

This scholarship seeks to build on CEW's legacy of women leaders empowering all women, accelerating the career trajectory of women into executive leadership through life-changing programs, world-class education, and global networks.

The Deloitte Asia Pacific CEO Readiness Scholarship is open to women in executive leadership roles, who report to the CEO of an ASX 100 or equivalent organisation, and who have been identified as a potential CEO successor for their current or a future organisation. Applicants are required to be nominated by a CEW Member.

Deloitte Asia Pacific and CEW are offering two women leaders the opportunity to attend the Deloitte Asia Pacific CEO Readiness Program, designed to accelerate the readiness of future global-level CEOs and help them secure the CEO role within the next 2–5 years.

During this intensive, in-person, four-day journey — being held in Sydney, 12–15 October 2026 — participants will collaborate with a cohort of peers, and receive coaching from prominent CEOs, Chairs, board members, subject matter experts, and renowned academics, gaining diverse perspectives crucial for forging their unique pathways to the CEO role. Delivered by CEOs, for future CEOs, the program provides participants with unique insights into the capabilities, mindset, and support systems required to succeed as a CEO, today and in the future.
