In 2025, CEW celebrates its milestone 40th anniversary, marking four decades of dedicated leadership and advocacy for women across Australia.

This scholarship seeks to build on CEW’s legacy of women leaders empowering all women, accelerating the career trajectory of women into executive leadership through life-changing programs, world-class education, and global networks.

 The KPMG 40th Anniversary Scholarship is open to women in senior management or executive roles who have at least seven years leadership experience. KPMG and CEW are offering one women leader, from any industry, the opportunity to participate in the exclusive, 6-day CEW Leaders Program, designed to prepare you for executive leadership.


WHO SHOULD APPLY?

To be eligible to apply, you must meet the minimum selection criteria:
Be a senior manager or executive (i.e. CEO or equivalent, or no more than four levels down from CEO)
Have 7 years' management experience (i.e. business unit, line or functional management such as P&L management, strategic planning, and people management of a team of any size)
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Inclusions and Obligations
Each Scholarship covers course fees and one ticket to the 2026 CEW Annual Dinner.
Under special circumstances (e.g. for Scholars experiencing financial hardship, travelling interstate, or travelling from regional/remote Australia), a Scholarship recipient may be eligible for a limited, pre-approved travel allowance of up to $1,075 to support attendance at the course, in addition to their course fee.
The Scholarship includes one ticket to the 2026 CEW Annual Dinner.
Each successful candidate in 2025 must commit to attend all six days of the CEW Leaders Program and complete the program within 12 months (i.e. by December 2026).
Each successful candidate will be required to write a report about their scholarship experience and may be asked to speak at CEW events
On completion of the course, the recipient will become a member of the CEW alumni community, CEW Connect Women.
