Women in Super is a not-for-profit organisation committed to improving women’s retirement outcomes. It works with government, unions, employer organisations, regulators and superannuation funds to advocate for a fairer super system that addresses gender-based inequity.
Women in Super (WIS) have partnered with CEW to offer one senior woman working in the superannuation sector a significant leadership development opportunity through the CEW Executive Leaders Program. This bespoke five-day immersive residential retreat has been designed for accomplished executives seeking to amplify their impact, gravitas and executive presence at the most senior level.
This scholarship is open to women leaders who are members of Women in Super, employed in the superannuation sector, and working in an executive role (including C-suite or equivalent, no more than one level below C-suite). Applicants must have ten or more years' management experience and three or more years' experience in the superannuation sector. Applications will be open nationally with one scholarships to be awarded each year.
This scholarship aims to equip women in executive or C-suite roles in the superannuation sector to progress to a CEO role, within 1-3 years post award.
