About this scholarship

In 2025, CEW celebrated its milestone 40th Anniversary, marking four decades of dedicated leadership and advocacy for women across Australia.

This scholarship builds on CEW's legacy of women leaders supporting all women, accelerating the career trajectory of women into executive leadership through programs, world-class education, and global networks.

The CEW Ruby Scholarship provides four women leaders from any industry the opportunity to participate in the CEW Leaders Program, a bespoke leadership program developed to inspire and equip women to fulfil their leadership potential.

Seven CEW Founders and Past Presidents are the generous benefactors of this annual scholarship opportunity, offered from 2025 to 2027. It is open to women in senior management or executive roles with at least seven years of leadership experience.
