For over 25 years, Sarah has worked with more than 800 clients from leading ASX organisations, bringing deep expertise, genuine warmth, and a rigorous evidence-based approach to every engagement. Her experience spans retail, pharmaceuticals, technology, and not-for-profit, enabling her to connect individual coaching with broader organisational outcomes. Sarah has led Chief Executive Women (CEW) as CEO and continues to run its Leadership Development Practice, designing and delivering flagship programs for executive and C-suite women leaders.
Holding a Masters Degree in Relationship Therapy, as well as membership with leading professional associations across Australia and the United Kingdom, Sarah creates space where executives can rethink, reframe, and reconnect with their own thoughts, ideas, hopes, and aspirations.
