"Great program – the thought which has gone into this over many years of delivery shows. I have never had a network of international women and I highly value the new relationships. Stay true to the format you have established"
- 2019 participant

The Program is offered 6 times per year; twice in Sydney and once in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Singapore. Each Program comprises a full 7 days delivered over 3 blocks approximately 6 weeks apart; 3 days, followed by 2 days and a final 2 days. The program is in its 15th year and on average, 190 women from over 40 organisations participate in the program each year. There are over 1,500 program alumni.

Designed and delivered by CEW members the content is structured around the personal audit. Topics include themes of power, status and communication; personal leadership styles; the leadership shadow; the power of relationships; career options; and leading in a digital world.

Executives, both women and men, are invited to speak on these topics and participants explore these issues in workshops. Involvement of CEW members and other executives together with a unique mix of participants from a wide range of organisations gives this program an ongoing competitive edge. Organisations that continue to enrol women in the program include Allens, AMP, ANZ, Australian Army, BoQ, Broadspectrum, CBRE, Dept of Planning WA , Fortescue, Hanson, Lendlease, Macquarie, QBE, Ramsay Health Care, RBA, Tabcorp, University of Sydney, Vicinity Centres, Women Sport NSW.

"I have developed and gained new skills, have a renewed focus on my professional and personal goals, made new friends and expanded my networks. So appreciate the opportunity to have been invited to participate" - 2019 participant
