Designed and delivered by CEW members, the Leaders Program provides a different lens on leadership and explores themes of power, status, collaboration and communication, defining personal leadership styles, the leadership shadow, leading in a digital world and career options.
Run in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, executives are invited to speak on these topics and experienced faciliators explore these issues in workshops and small group discussions. Each Leaders Program comprises a full 7 days delivered over 3 blocks approximately 6 weeks apart; 3 days, followed by 2 days and a final 2 days.
Involvement of CEW members, executives and a unique mix of participants from a wide range of organisations and sectors gives this program an ongoing competitive edge, allowing participants to build networks from different industries and gain exposure to CEOs and senior executives of participating organisations.
With over 1,500 alumni, the Leaders Program has been operating for over 15 years with women from over 40 organisations participating each year. Organisations that continue to enrol women in the program include Accenture, Allens, AMP, ANZ, Australian Army, Australia Post, Coles, Epic Energy, Ernst & Young, Lendlease, Macquarie Group, Ramsay Health Care, Tabcorp, Vicinity Centres and Sport NSW.
