Melanie is a non-executive director, manages her own advisory/consulting practice and is a former global HR executive with an expansive and diverse background, bringing a unique depth of experience shaping enterprise-wide culture and capability in markets undergoing significant business and risk transformation, digital disruption and customer centric change.

Having led HR functions for complex and scale multinational and listed companies, she has extensive global experience in all aspects of human capital management.

She is a multi-national leader with extensive experience in the US, UK/Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand, with a track record of successful accomplishments across strategic initiatives; mergers, acquisitions and integrations; regulation; operational excellence; productivity; and significant business innovation, growth and change, including in emerging markets.

She also has deep knowledge of governance, accountability, culture, risk and customer outcome frameworks and practices, along with a track record of strong board, regulator and community interactions and partnerships.
She is a Fellow of the AICD and AHRI (Australia); a Chartered Member of the CIPD (UK) and SHRM (US); and a Member of Chief Executive Women (Australia).
