A unique opportunity to grow personally and professionally
Research shows that diverse organisations outperform the rest and yet the leadership potential of women remains largely untapped. Our aim is to see the number of women in senior leadership roles increase through their participation in the CEW Leaders Program.
The CEW Leaders Program is designed and facilitated by CEW members and uses the personal audit process to provide a new lens on leadership and technology, a fresh look at navigating the corporate world, time for individual and collective reflection, pathways to build confidence, and networks to fulfill goals through personal connections.
The Leaders Program is a 7 day program offered over 4 months. It is delivered in three blocks approximately 6 weeks apart. The first block comprises 3 consecutive days, then 2 blocks of 2 consecutive days allowing for time for reflection between the blocks. The program provides a collegiate, exciting, affirming and challenging environment.
The program brings together women leaders from a wide range of different industries and sectors, providing them with a unique opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Since 2005, more than 1,000 women and 82 organisations have participated in this program in Australia and Singapore.
Topics covered include:
- Leadership and influence
- Confidence, power, status and organisational presence
- Defining and managing relationships
- Leading for performance
- Conflict, balance and career breakthrough moments
- Lessons from the top table
The program is offered in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Singapore and enrolments are open each year from September for the following year.
